JAS offers professional powder coating with a focus on high quality and durability. We process all types of materials – from black steel and stainless steel to aluminum and hot-dip galvanized steel – and with our curing oven (internal dimensions: 4300 × 1300 × 2000 mm) we are able to handle items of many different sizes, from small screws to large racks
Prior to painting, we can carry out pre-treatment of parts, including chemical cleaning, glass blasting, shot blasting, hot and electro galvanizing and pickling, in collaboration with local partners. When it comes to powder coating, we offer a wide range of colors – both matte and glossy – and have most RAL Classic colors in stock; if a specific color is not available, it can be ordered on request
